CALL CENTER
Manage, Control and Assign deliveries of products, freights and referrals according to your company’s politics. Configure different indicators that helps tracking of your package.
DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
The transporter receives real time info of the updates, activities and status of the delivery. Once the package is delivered, it generates an automatic notification to the CALL CENTER with all its details.
The transporter may review his route with the assigned and pending deliveries. Additionally, you can georeference your trucks for a permanent tracking of merchandise.
RETURNS MANAGEMENT
If the receiver wishes to make a return, the carrier can register the case with pertinent observations and enclose the photographic evidence thereof.
